Emergency inflatable pillows provide compact head or neck support for temporary accommodation bed spaces, institutional personal-issue packs, reserve supplies, and coordinated sleeping kits. They are a separate inflatable product category and do not replace a fixed-fill pillow or a complete bedding set.
Inflated shape, user fit, valve, inflation method, air chamber, seam construction, open and packed dimensions, unit packing, and acceptance requirements can vary. Confirm these fields against the selected product and approved sample before ordering instead of relying on an old product name.

This direction suits temporary accommodation beds, sleeping bags, or folding-bed packages that require a conventional flat-rest support form and may be coordinated with mats or bedding kits. Confirm the inflated length, width, height, surface shape, valve location, inflation method, packed form, and whether any cover or storage pouch is included.
Use this direction only when the project requires a defined contour and the selected product has verifiable neck-support geometry. Record the measuring points, orientation, valve position, contact surfaces, and how the product is deflated and folded. Shape alone does not prove ergonomic or medical performance.
This direction suits institutional transport, seated rest between duty shifts, or projects that explicitly require wraparound support, provided the selected product has a confirmed U-shaped or wraparound form. Define the intended support position, opening, inflated dimensions, valve, packing, and sample checks. Do not describe it as suitable for every user or every sleeping arrangement.

State the intended user group and sleeping arrangement, then define the inflated and packed measurement methods. Inflated height can depend on the agreed inflation condition, so the quotation, sample record, and receiving method should use the same condition. Do not compare products using nominal dimensions measured under different conditions.
For multi-destination orders, assign one project reference to each different form, size, color, valve, included component, and packing method. Keep the pillow separate from sleeping-bag, mattress, or bedding specifications even when the items are packed into one accommodation kit.
Calculate quantity separately from the number of users assigned at each site, the intended sleeping or rest position, the number of kits, and the required spare allowance. When rectangular, contoured, and U-shaped pillows perform different tasks, list their quantities separately instead of providing one unexplained total.
During initial selection, use images to review the visible form, surface, valve position, seams, color, labels, and packed appearance. Before quotation and sample approval, place the required material wording, airtightness or retention conditions, seam, cleaning, and durability checks in the specification and acceptance record rather than deciding from appearance alone.
Sample review should cover inflation and deflation, valve closure, visible seams, dimensional method, agreed inflation condition, packed form, included components, label, and packing. Record the results against the same product code used in the quotation and order.
Standard export packing: 1pc/OPP bag, bulk packed in 5-layer corrugated cartons. Exact carton counts and loading numbers are provided per model and order quantity; flat packing allows very high container density for large orders.
Storage: Store fully deflated in dry, ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight and temperatures above 50℃ (122℉); keep away from sharp objects and corrosive chemicals. Under standard dry cool storage, expected usable life is 3-5 years; PVC may feel slightly stiff after long storage, which disappears after inflation.
Maintenance: Wipe clean with damp cloth or mild disinfectant; do not machine wash or iron. Keep away from sharp objects to avoid puncture. Small punctures can be repaired with standard PVC repair patches (available as spare parts). Dry completely before long term storage.
Confirm whether the pillow is packed alone, in a pouch, or as one identified component of a larger kit. Define the unit label, language, product reference, packing sequence, carton quantity, carton mark, and destination. Verify the quantity per carton and packed volume through an actual packing trial before quotation.
For repeat orders, compare the new request with the confirmed specification, inflated and packed measurement record, sample, component list, label, and packing. Record changes to the valve, form, dimensions, surface, pouch, or carton configuration before approval.
Rectangular, contoured, and U-shaped pillows are intended for different placement methods, so appearance and colour alone are not a sufficient basis for selection. State whether the pillow will be used on a flat bed, inside a sleeping bag, during seated rest, or around the neck. Then review the contact position, opening direction, inflated height, and available movement space on the selected sample.
More inflation does not automatically mean a better fit. Conduct sample review under an agreed inflation condition and record how different inflation levels affect shape, valve closure, seams, and repacking. Subjective comfort feedback must not be converted into medical or ergonomic claims. For projects serving varied users, obtain practical feedback from representative users and record the final condition in the approval notes.
When the pillow is supplied with a mattress, sleeping bag, or bedding kit, verify its dimensional relationship, packing sequence, and separate replacement route. Decide before ordering whether a missing or damaged pillow can be replenished individually so that an otherwise usable kit does not need to be written off.
During sample review, record how the valve opens and closes, whether inflation is by mouth, hand pump, or another device, whether the valve is accessible in the planned sleeping position, and whether ordinary distribution staff can complete the process consistently. Do not assume a valve interface or inflation method without the selected sample.
For batch deployment, calculate the complete time needed to unpack, inflate, inspect, and place the pillows instead of relying on the fastest single-unit demonstration. If users inflate their own pillows, confirm instruction language, valve identification, and hygiene arrangements. If staff inflate them centrally, confirm operator numbers, equipment, power needs, and a backup method.
Deflation must be checked as carefully as inflation. Confirm whether air can be released without damaging the valve, whether the pillow returns to the agreed packed form, and whether staff can identify slow leakage, valve damage, or seam damage before repacking.
The cleaning method must match the selected surface, printing, valve, and seam construction. Confirm the suitability of soaking, machine washing, disinfectants, or high-temperature treatment for the selected product. Provide the planned cleaning process and verify changes in appearance, air retention, and labels on the selected sample.
After deflation, review air release, folding or rolling steps, pouch fit, and whether normal staff can restore the planned packed volume. Difficult repacking increases storage demand, packaging damage, and missing-component risk, so it should be resolved before carton calculations are approved.
Repair materials, spare valves, and removable covers are not default components. If field repair is required, define the repair material, tools, instructions, quantity per batch, and the boundary between a repairable item and one that must be removed from service.
Start with the user group, sleeping arrangement, storage limit, kit configuration, and whether a rectangular, contoured, or U-shaped form is required.
