The product is manufactured using advanced three-layer co-extrusion technology, forming a multi-layer functional structure: the outer layer is high-strength HDPE, providing basic mechanical strength and chemical stability; the middle layer is a special barrier layer, adding nano-level barrier materials, significantly enhancing anti-penetration performance; the inner layer is modified LLDPE, with good flexibility and chemical resistance, resistant to common laboratory chemicals and disinfectants.

The biosafety performance is achieved through multiple designs, the material passing ASTM F1671 viral penetration testing, effectively blocking microorganism particles as small as 27nm in diameter. Leak-proof rate as high as 99.9%, no leakage in 60-minute liquid penetration testing under 65kPa pressure (approximately 6.5 meters of water column pressure), providing reliable biosafety barriers.

The puncture resistance is enhanced through special "grid reinforcement" technology, forming microscopic grid structures in the material, significantly enhancing anti-puncture performance. Puncture resistance ≥400g, passing ASTM F1342 puncture testing, effectively preventing laboratory sharp waste (such as broken glassware, blades, etc.) from penetrating the bag.

The bag heat-sealing adopts high-precision ultrasonic heat-sealing technology, with a heat-sealing width of 12mm, heat-sealing temperature precisely controlled at 190±2°C, pressure 0.65MPa, forming a firm seal with a strength of 22N/15mm. The bag bottom corner design is specially reinforced, adopting "trapezoidal reinforcement" structure, corner strength improved by 60%, solving the problem of laboratory waste bags most easily damaged at the corners.
