Material and Process Details

Made of medical-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE) raw materials, specially formulated and manufactured through precise extrusion processes, with a material density of 0.95g/cm³ and a uniform, stable thickness of 0.07mm. The product adopts one-time molding technology, seamless design, and a bag bottom heat-sealing process that is firm and reliable, ensuring no risk of leakage. The material is added with puncture-resistant enhancers, significantly improving puncture resistance, able to resist puncture forces above 300g. At the same time, the material has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, can withstand acid and alkali environments with pH values between 2-12, suitable for contact with various medical waste liquids. The product has undergone anti-ultraviolet treatment, extending its service life, preventing aging and brittleness. Each batch of products undergoes strict physical performance testing, including puncture resistance testing, tensile testing, leak-proof testing, and drop testing, ensuring stable and reliable product quality, meeting the strict requirements of medical waste handling.

Maintenance Guide

Storage Conditions: Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and shaded environment, temperature controlled between -20°C to 40°C, relative humidity not exceeding 80%, away from heat sources and sharp objects.
Stacking Requirements: Unused garbage bags should be laid flat or upright, avoiding pressure from heavy objects, with a stacking height not exceeding 10 layers to prevent deformation and adhesion.
Usage Period: The product is designed for one-time use. After use, it should be processed according to medical waste treatment regulations and cannot be reused.
Shelf Life: Under appropriate storage conditions, unopened products have a shelf life of 3 years. It is recommended to adopt a first-in-first-out principle for inventory management.
Emergency Handling: If bag damage is found, replace with a new bag immediately; if a bag containing waste is damaged, double-layer packaging should be used, and the leakage area should be disinfected.

Usage Steps

Choose Appropriate Specifications: Select high-density polyethylene garbage bags of appropriate size and color based on the volume and type of waste.
Correctly Unfold and Install: Completely unfold the bag, place it on a dedicated medical waste bin, fold the opening over the rim of the bin to ensure stability without slipping.
Standard Waste Disposal: According to medical waste classification standards, put the corresponding waste into the appropriate colored bag, sharp objects should first be placed in hard containers then put into red bags.
Control Filling Amount: The amount of waste should not exceed 3/4 of the bag's capacity, reserving enough space for sealing, avoiding overfilling which could cause bag damage.
Safe Sealing: Carefully lift the bag opening, avoiding direct contact with the waste, use ties or dedicated sealing devices to seal, ensuring no risk of leakage.
Mark Information: Mark department, date, waste type, and other information on the bag for traceability management.
