The material thickness is uniformly controlled at 0.06mm, with a density of 0.935g/cm³, exceeding the minimum thickness of 0.05mm required by the national standard GB 19217-2011.

The product is manufactured using advanced biaxial stretching technology (BOPE), which, compared to traditional blow molding technology, has more orderly molecular chain arrangement, improving the material's tensile strength and puncture resistance. It also adopts special extrusion technology, ensuring uniform material thickness, without pinholes and weak points, with excellent leak-proof performance.

Usage Steps

Package Opening: Tear along the dotted line on the side of the packaging bag, take out a roll of hospital waste handling bags, being careful to keep the packaging of the remaining bags intact.
Correct Unfolding: Gently shake the waste bag to completely unfold it, check if the bag body is intact and if the heat-sealed edges are firm.
Appropriate Installation: Place the 45×55cm small waste bag on a medical waste bin of appropriate size, fold the bag opening outward covering the bin rim by about 10cm, ensuring stability without slipping.
Standard Disposal: According to medical waste classification requirements, put the corresponding waste into the bag, liquid waste should be sealed first, sharp objects should be placed in sharps containers first, avoiding piercing the bag.
Control Capacity: The amount of waste should not exceed 3/4 of the bag's capacity, reserving enough space for safe sealing, avoiding overfilling which could cause bag damage or incomplete sealing.
Safe Sealing: When the waste reaches an appropriate amount, carefully lift the bag opening, avoiding touching internal waste, use the provided dedicated ties to tightly seal at a position 5cm from the bag opening.

Precautions: Avoid contact with strong oxidizers, strong acids, strong bases, and other chemicals, preventing material degradation; if abnormalities such as odor or color changes are found during use, stop using immediately and contact the supplier.
