The raw material undergoes special formula modification, adding anti-UV agents and antioxidants, enhancing material stability in laboratory environments. The material has passed FDA indirect food contact material standards and USP Class VI biocompatibility testing, ensuring safety and non-toxicity.

The product is manufactured using advanced biaxial orientation technology (BOPE), precisely stretched in both longitudinal and transverse directions, making molecular chains highly oriented and arranged, forming a denser structure. The thickness is precisely controlled at 0.075±0.003mm, far exceeding national standard requirements, providing more reliable physical protection. Specially adopting double-layer structure design at the bag bottom, with a total thickness of 0.15mm, providing double assurance for liquid waste.

The bag adopts innovative "double-bottom" structure, with inner and outer layers separately heat-sealed, heat-sealing widths of 10mm and 12mm respectively, forming staggered sealing areas. The outer layer heat-sealing temperature is 190±2°C, inner layer heat-sealing temperature is 185±2°C, both with pressure of 0.65MPa, forming a firm seal with a strength of 22N/15mm, 2 times that of ordinary heat-sealing.

The product has undergone strict chemical compatibility testing, able to withstand common laboratory chemicals, including: acids (concentration ≤30%), bases (concentration ≤20%), alcohols (ethanol, methanol, etc.), formaldehyde (concentration ≤10%), glutaraldehyde (concentration ≤2%), etc. After 24-hour exposure to these chemicals, material strength retention rate ≥90%, ensuring safe and reliable use in laboratory environments.

The bag printing uses special chemical corrosion-resistant ink, complying with RoHS environmental standards, with high printing firmness, remaining clearly identifiable after contact with common laboratory solvents.
