Material and Process Details

Made of medical-grade LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) and HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) composite material, mixed in a specific ratio, combining the advantages of both materials. The material thickness is precisely controlled at 0.06±0.002mm, complying with GB 19217-2011 medical waste specialized packaging material standard requirements, providing reliable physical protection.

The product is manufactured using advanced three-layer co-extrusion technology, forming a functional structure: the outer layer is high-strength HDPE, providing basic mechanical strength and barrier performance; the middle layer is a special barrier layer, adding nano-level barrier agents, significantly enhancing leak-proof performance; the inner layer is soft LDPE, with good flexibility and sealing properties, ensuring perfect sealing when the drawstring is tightened.

The drawstring system adopts integrated injection molding technology, forming a built-in drawstring channel above the bag opening, with a channel width of 0.7cm, ensuring smooth drawstring sliding. The drawstring is made of medical-grade PE material, specially treated to enhance strength and flexibility, with a pulling strength of 16kg, having undergone 7000 pull fatigue tests, ensuring stable long-term use performance.

Usage Steps

Unbox and Take Roll: Open the paper box, take out a roll of independently sealed medical garbage drawstring bags, distribute to various medical points according to usage needs.
Open and Take Bag: Tear along the dotted line of the sealed packaging, take out the roll of drawstring bags, taking care to keep the remaining bags clean, can be resealed for storage when not in use.
Take and Unfold Bag: Gently tear off a drawstring bag from the roll, shake to unfold, confirm the drawstring is located above the bag opening, with no entanglement or knotting.
Check Integrity: Quickly check if the bag body is intact, if the drawstring is flexible, ensuring compliance with usage standards.
Appropriate Installation: Place the drawstring bag on a medical waste container, fold the bag opening outward covering the container edge by about 8-10cm, ensuring stability without slipping.

Maintenance Guide

Storage Conditions: Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and shaded environment, temperature controlled between 5-35°C, relative humidity not exceeding 70%, avoiding direct sunlight and high-temperature environments, preventing material aging.
Shelf Life: Under recommended storage conditions, unopened independently packaged rolls have a shelf life of 36 months, and opened products should be used within 18 months, exceeding the limit may affect drawstring system performance and material toughness.
Post-Opening Management: After opening the paper box, unused independently sealed rolls should remain in their original packaging, close the box promptly after use, preventing dust and moisture intrusion. Opened individual rolls should be stored with the bag opening facing downward before finishing, reducing foreign object entry.
Abnormal Situation Handling: If drawstring damage or bag damage is found, do not continue using, should select new intact products; if quality issues with an entire roll are found, record the batch number and contact the supplier for replacement.
