Material and Process Details

Made of food-grade LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) and HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) composite material, mixed in a 6:4 ratio, combining the flexibility of LDPE and the barrier performance advantages of HDPE. The material thickness is precisely controlled at 0.06±0.003mm, meeting the physical protection requirements for medical waste handling.

The product's inner layer adds special odor adsorbents and activated carbon microparticles, using patented microcapsule technology, encapsulating active adsorbents in microcapsules, releasing action when in contact with odor molecules, forming an efficient odor neutralization system. The microcapsules have a diameter of 5-10μm, evenly distributed in the material matrix, not affecting the material's physical properties, with an active adsorbent content of 0.8%, far higher than the content in ordinary deodorizing bags.

Manufactured using advanced biaxial stretching technology (BOPE), directionally arranging molecular chains during the stretching process, forming a tighter molecular structure, greatly enhancing barrier performance. The bag heat-sealing adopts ultrasonic welding technology, with a heat-sealing width of 8mm, heat-sealing strength of 15N/15mm, 35% higher than ordinary heat-sealing, ensuring no leakage from the bottom when loading laboratory waste.

Usage Steps

Choose Appropriate Specification: Based on laboratory waste volume and type, select appropriate capacity medical grade garbage bags, common specifications include 5L(20×30cm), 10L(30×40cm), 20L(45×55cm), 30L(50×60cm), etc.
Check Confirmation: Check if the bag body is intact before use, ensuring no damage, pinholes, or poor heat-sealing, to avoid affecting anti-odor and anti-leakage performance.
Correct Unfolding: Gently shake the garbage bag to completely unfold it, note gentle movements, avoiding generating static electricity attracting dust or causing bag damage.
Appropriate Installation: Place the garbage bag on a laboratory waste container, fold the bag opening outward covering the container edge by about 8-10cm, ensuring stability without slipping.
Standard Disposal: According to laboratory waste classification standards, put the corresponding category of waste into the bag, liquid waste should be sealed before disposal, avoid directly pouring liquid, not exceeding 3/4 of the bag's capacity.
