Material and Process Details

The safe sealing design adopts innovative "S-shaped" heat-sealing technology, forming an S-shaped curved heat-sealing path on the basis of traditional straight-line heat-sealing, with a heat-sealing width of 8mm, heat-sealing temperature precisely controlled at 180±2°C, pressure 0.58MPa, forming a firm seal with a strength of 17N/15mm. This design makes the heat-sealed area withstand force more evenly, not easily forming stress concentration points, greatly improving the bag's overall sealing performance.

Usage Steps

Preparation Work: Place the medical grade garbage bag roll in a convenient position, such as wall hanger or drawer, ensuring dryness and cleanliness.
Easy Retrieval: Grab the outer end of the bag roll with one hand, fix the bag roll with the other hand, gently pull out a garbage bag to the microperforation, tear off with slight force, movements gentle and even.
Check Bag: Quickly check if the garbage bag is intact, ensuring no damage, pinholes, or poor heat-sealing.
Correct Unfolding: Gently shake the garbage bag to completely unfold it, being careful not to use excessive force causing static electricity or bag damage.
Appropriate Installation: Place the garbage bag on a medical waste container, fold the bag opening outward covering the container edge by about 8-10cm, ensuring stability without slipping.
Standard Disposal: According to medical waste classification management requirements, put the corresponding category of medical waste into the corresponding colored bag, note to control the amount not exceeding 3/4 of the bag's capacity, reserving enough space for safe sealing.
Safe Sealing: When the waste reaches an appropriate amount, carefully lift the bag opening, avoiding touching internal waste, use ties to tightly seal at a position 5-8cm from the bag opening, ensuring firm sealing.
