Material and Process Details

Made of medical-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE) raw materials, specially formulated and modified to enhance material aging resistance, chemical resistance, and physical strength. The product is manufactured using advanced blow molding extrusion technology, with a uniform thickness of 0.065±0.005mm, exceeding the minimum thickness standard of 0.05mm required by the national standard GB 19217-2011.

The drawstring design adopts a double heat-sealing technology, with a drawstring channel width of 0.8cm, specially reinforced, with a tensile strength of 22N, 1.5 times that of ordinary drawstrings, ensuring the drawstring does not easily break during use. The drawstring material is high-strength PE rope, with a diameter of 0.3cm, flexible and durable, comfortable to handle, with a long service life.

The material includes special antibacterial and antistatic agents, with an antibacterial rate of 99.9%, effectively inhibiting bacterial proliferation, reducing the risk of cross-infection. It also features good ultraviolet resistance, not easily aging or becoming brittle under hospital disinfection lamp irradiation. The product undergoes strict quality control testing, including tensile testing, drawstring pull testing, liquid sealing testing, and drop testing, ensuring that each waste bag meets the stringent requirements of the medical environment.

Usage Steps

Retrieve and Prepare: Take out a medical HDPE waste bag from the packaging, gently shake it open, confirm the drawstring is at the top of the bag opening.
Correct Installation: Place the waste bag on a medical waste bin, fold the bag opening outward covering the rim by at least 10cm, ensuring stability without slipping.
Standard Disposal: According to medical waste classification standards, put the corresponding category of waste into the bag, avoiding direct disposal of sharp objects (should first be placed in a sharps container), not exceeding 3/4 of the bag's capacity.
Drawstring Sealing: When the waste reaches an appropriate amount, remove the waste bag, grab both ends of the drawstring, pull upwards with even force, the drawstring automatically tightens the bag opening, forming an initial seal.
Knot Fixation: Tie the tightened drawstring into a knot or bow, ensuring firmness, forming a reliable seal, preventing waste leakage and odor diffusion.
Information Marking: As needed, use a marker to mark department, date, waste type, and other information on the outside of the bag for traceability management.
Standard Storage: Place the sealed waste bags in the designated medical waste temporary storage area, waiting for regular collection and processing by professional personnel.
