Material and Process Details

Made of high-quality medical-grade polymer composite material, with main components being specially formulated modified polyethylene (PE) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), mixed in a 7:3 ratio, combining strength and toughness. The material thickness is precisely controlled at 0.07±0.005mm, 40% higher than the minimum thickness of 0.05mm required by the national standard GB 19217-2011.

The product is manufactured using advanced biaxial stretching technology (BOPE), which, compared to traditional blow molding technology, has more orderly molecular chain arrangement, greatly enhancing the material's tear resistance, not easily torn when encountering sharp objects. It also adds special puncture-resistant enhancers, with puncture resistance of 350g, providing additional safety assurance for the transfer process.

The bag adopts patented "W-shaped" heat-sealed bottom design, with a heat-sealing width of 10mm, and a heat-sealing strength of 18N/15mm, 40% higher than ordinary medical waste bags, thoroughly solving the problem of traditional medical waste bags easily breaking from bottom corners during the transfer process. The bag opening adopts a double tie design, with each package including high-strength medical ties, with a tensile strength of 20kg, far exceeding the bearing capacity of ordinary ties.

Usage Steps

Preparation Check: Take out a medical waste transfer bag, check if the bag body is intact, if the markings are clear, ensuring compliance with usage standards.
Correct Unfolding: Gently shake the bag to completely unfold it, being careful not to use excessive force causing static electricity or bag deformation.
Appropriate Installation: Place the transfer bag on a medical waste collection container, fold the bag opening outward covering the container edge by about 10-15cm, ensuring stability without slipping.
Standard Disposal: According to medical waste classification requirements, dispose of corresponding waste, note to control the amount not exceeding 3/4 of the bag's capacity, reserving enough space for safe sealing.
First Seal: When the waste reaches an appropriate amount, carefully lift the bag opening, avoiding touching internal waste, pinch the bag opening to expel excess air, use the provided first tie to tightly seal at a position 5cm from the bag opening.
Second Seal: Implement the second seal at a position 5-8cm above the first tie, forming double insurance, greatly improving sealing reliability.
Anti-Leakage Fold: Fold the sealed bag opening downward about 5cm, forming a "Z"-shaped anti-leakage structure, the last line of defense in the triple sealing system.
Fill in Information: Use a permanent marker or ballpoint pen to clearly fill in department, date, waste category, weight, transfer personnel, and other information in the transfer information record area of the bag, ensuring complete and accurate information.
Safe Transfer: Grab the upper safe area of the bag for transfer, avoiding dragging or throwing, maintaining an appropriate distance from the body during transfer, placing in the designated medical waste transfer cart or temporary storage area.
