What precautions should be taken when washing wool fabrics with hotel linen?
Wool is not alkali resistant, so it should be washed with a neutral detergent. The wool fabric will shrink and deform in the aqueous solution above 30 ℃, so the temperature of the washing bath should not exceed 40 ℃. Aqueous detergent solutions are usually prepared with room temperature 25°C water. Do not scrub with a washboard when washing. Even if you use a washing machine, you should wash it lightly, and the washing time should not be too long to prevent cashing.
