Material and Process Details

Made of medical-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material, non-toxic and harmless, complying with the environmental protection requirements for medical waste treatment. The product has undergone anti-ultraviolet treatment, has good acid and alkali resistance, suitable for environments with pH values between 2-12. The bag body is made using a heat-sealing process, with firm seams and no leakage. Elongation at break ≥200%, tensile strength ≥25MPa, ensuring that it is not easily damaged during the loading of waste. Usage Steps

Remove and Unfold: Take out a waste bag from the roll, gently unfold to its full size.
Bin Installation: Place the waste bag on a dedicated medical waste bin, fold the opening over the rim of the bin to ensure stability without slipping.
Classified Disposal: According to medical waste classification standards, put infectious waste into the bag, noting not to exceed 3/4 of the bag's capacity.
Drawstring Closure: When the waste reaches an appropriate amount, lift the bag opening drawstring, pull tight with even force, and tie a knot to ensure no risk of leakage.

Storage Conditions: Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and shaded environment, temperature controlled between 5-30°C, relative humidity not exceeding 80%, avoiding direct contact with sharp objects.
Usage Period: The product is designed for one-time use. After use, it needs to be processed according to medical waste treatment regulations and cannot be reused.
Inventory Management: Unopened products have a shelf life of 3 years under appropriate storage conditions. It is recommended to adopt a first-in-first-out principle for inventory management to avoid material aging due to long-term storage.
Regular Inspection: Quarterly random inspection of 5% of inventory products, checking whether the drawstring is smooth and the bag body is intact, ensuring the sealing effect during use.
