Material and Process Details

Made of medical-grade LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) and HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) composite material, combining the advantages of both materials, with LDPE providing excellent flexibility and chemical stability, and HDPE providing exceptional strength and barrier properties. The product thickness is precisely controlled at 0.1±0.01mm, manufactured through five-layer co-extrusion technology, forming a uniform, pinhole-free complete barrier.

The material includes specially formulated chemical corrosion resistance agents and antioxidants, enabling it to remain stable in extreme pH environments, without swelling, brittleness, or degradation. UV stabilizers are also added to prevent material aging due to ultraviolet light, extending the effective shelf life. The bag body adopts a corner-free design, avoiding waste and liquid residue in corners, reducing contamination risks.

Biohazard symbols are printed using special chemical-resistant ink, which does not fade or peel off, maintaining clarity even when in contact with organic solvents. The product undergoes strict biosafety testing, including microbial penetration testing, virus enclosure testing, and liquid leakage testing, ensuring absolute safety protection for users and the environment.

Usage Steps

Choose Appropriate Specifications: Select the appropriate size of biohazard waste bag based on the laboratory waste volume and type.
Correct Placement: Place the waste bag on a dedicated waste container, fold the bag opening outward by at least 10cm, ensuring stability.
Standard Disposal: According to laboratory biosafety procedures, put biohazard waste directly into the bag, avoiding splashing. Sharp objects should first be placed in dedicated sharps containers.
Waste Inactivation: For high-risk biological materials, pre-inactivation can be performed by adding an appropriate amount of disinfectant in the bag, or the entire bag can undergo autoclave sterilization.
Safe Sealing: Stop filling when the waste reaches 2/3 of the bag's capacity, carefully tighten the bag opening, avoiding squeezing the air inside the bag, use ties or drawstrings for the first seal.
Double Protection: After the first seal, fold the bag opening above, then use a second tie to fix, forming a double sealing system.
Clear Marking: Mark laboratory name, date, waste type, hazard level, and other information in the designated area of the bag.
Standard Storage: Place the sealed waste bags in dedicated biohazard waste temporary storage containers, waiting for collection and processing by professional institutions.
