Material and Process Details

Made of medical-grade HDPE high-density polyethylene raw materials, specially formulated and manufactured through biaxial stretching process, with a density of 0.96g/cm³ and a uniform thickness of 0.08mm, 35% thicker than standard medical waste bags. The product adopts one-time molding seamless technology, with a bag bottom heat-sealing process that is firm and reliable, with a welding strength of 15N/15mm, ensuring no risk of leakage.

The material is added with anti-UV stabilizers and puncture-resistant enhancers, extending the service life by 50% compared to ordinary PE bags, and able to resist puncture forces above 300g. At the same time, anti-static agents are added, with surface resistivity controlled in the range of 10^9-10^11Ω, effectively preventing static attraction of dust and pathogens.

The product has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, can withstand strong acid and alkali environments with pH values between 1-13, suitable for contact with various medical waste liquids. Usage Steps

Open Box and Retrieve Bag: Open the packaging box, take out a roll of medical waste collection bags, and place it in a position convenient for retrieval.
Choose Appropriate Specifications: Select the appropriate size and color of medical waste bag based on the volume and type of medical waste.
Correctly Unfold and Install: Tear off a medical waste bag from the roll, completely unfold it, place it on a dedicated medical waste bin, fold the opening over the rim of the bin, ensuring stability without slipping.
Standard Waste Disposal: According to medical waste classification standards, put the corresponding waste into the appropriate colored bag, sharp objects should first be placed in hard containers then put into red bags.
Control Filling Amount: The amount of waste should not exceed 3/4 of the bag's capacity, reserving enough space for safe sealing.
Safe Sealing: When the waste reaches an appropriate amount, carefully lift the bag opening, avoiding direct contact with the waste, use ties or dedicated sealing devices to seal, ensuring no risk of leakage.

Maintenance Guide

Storage Conditions: Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and shaded environment, temperature controlled between -20°C to 40°C, relative humidity not exceeding 80%, away from heat sources and sharp objects.
Stacking Requirements: Boxed medical waste bags can be stacked, but not exceeding a height of 5 boxes, avoiding deformation of the bottom due to excessive stacking; unboxed roll bags should be placed vertically, avoiding lateral pressure deformation.
Inventory Management: Adopt a "first-in-first-out" principle for inventory management. It is recommended that medical institutions maintain a safety stock of 1-2 months based on usage, avoiding shortages or excessive accumulation.
Shelf Life: Under specified storage conditions, unopened products have a shelf life of 36 months, and opened products should be used within 12 months.
Emergency Handling: If bag damage is found, replace with a new bag immediately; if a bag containing waste is damaged, repackage with an intact medical waste bag, and disinfect the leakage area.
