Specifications

Confirmed baseline: 100% polyester; double-sided brushed flannel; 300 GSM; 150 × 200 cm with an approximate 0.90 kg reference finished weight, or 180 × 220 cm with an approximate 1.188 kg reference finished weight. GSM and finished-piece weight are separate measurement fields. A change to size, material, construction or edge finish requires a new sample measurement and quotation review.

What should the pre-production sample confirm?

The sample should confirm material, finished size, GSM or piece-weight basis, colour, edge finish, label position and unit packing before it becomes the reference for bulk production.

How can buyers confirm that a test report applies to this product?

Check the report title, tested item, product or material scope, report holder and applicable batch. The document name alone does not prove coverage.

How is bulk production checked against the approved sample?

Lock the sample ID and specification revision before production, then use the agreed sampling plan to compare appearance, dimensions, weight basis, edge finish, labels and packing.

How should GSM and finished piece weight be checked?

Record GSM as fabric weight per square metre and record finished piece weight separately. Confirm both measurement methods on the approved sample before using them for bulk acceptance.

Which colour reference controls bulk acceptance?

Use the approved physical swatch or retained sample. Screen display and ordinary photographs can support review but should not become the final colour acceptance standard.

What should be checked on the edge finish?

How are label details approved before production?

Approve the wording, language, size, position, artwork revision and product identity in writing. Bulk labels should be checked against that approved file and sample.
